Hanoi – Ha Giang rocky plateau – Ha Long Bay kayaking – Hue & Bach Ma national park – Hoi An – central highland – Nha Trang – Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta

Day 1: Hanoi – Arrival
Arrive in Hanoi and transfer to hotel. The rest of the morning is free for rest or to begin exploring the city. In the afternoon, take a one-hour cyclo ride through the old quarter to enjoy the Hanoi’s beautiful late-afternoon colors and to visit a traditional Vietnamese “long house”. Dinner & overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: (Friday) Hanoi – Ha Giang (B, L, D)
Depart for Ha Giang province, a mountain area which is nearly 320km North of Hanoi. It is famous for being the most beautiful area for step-paddy fields beyond Sapa. Stop at different village for sightseeing and lunch halfway en route. Arrive in Ha Giang spend the rest of the day free at leisure and take beautiful pictures of rice terraces before sunset and explore the local village which you stay overnight. Home stay in Ha Giang.

Day 3: Ha Giang – Dong Van Rocky plateau (B, L, D)
Leave for Dong Van Rocky Plateau, which the Hmong people consider as their capital and the former King of Hmong people, Vuong Chi Sinh used to live here. Visit the surrounding with the house of Vuong Chi Sinh, where his family is still living in, is typical to the houses of White Hmong people. The short winding road between Dong Van and Meo Vac is one of the best parts in the extreme northern point of Vietnam.
We will have good chance to meet many ethnic villages en route with rich culture. Stop en route to enjoy the most picturesque part of Ha Giang mountains including the Nui Doi (“twin mountains”) in Quan Ba, climb up some dozens of steps to “Heaven’s gate” at Quan Ba Pass. Dinner & overnight in Dong Van.

Day 4: Dong Van -Meo Vac – Ha Giang (B/L/D)
Wake up early if you wish to contemplate a specific character of minority ethnic of Vietnam – their weekly markets. All Yen Minh, Meo Vac and Dong Van offer wonderful Sunday markets with hundreds of people from Hmong, Yao, Thai, Tay tribes coming for purchasing goods, or even just exchanging. After intermingle with the Hmong and Yao people at Dong Van, whose central market is in a nearly one-century old building with Vietnamese architecture since early 20th century. Walk around to see Dong Van small Ancient Street nearby before going on to Meo Vac. Take more chance for us to join with minority people. Have lunch in local restaurant then head driving back to Ha Giang. Dinner & overnight in Ha Giang.

Day 5: Ha Giang – Hanoi (B, L)
After BF at local house in the village of minority people, visit Ha Giang Ethnic museum. And then drive back to Hanoi. Stop en route for lunch in Tuyen Quang. You can stop at any village you like to explore the routine of the montagnards. On arrival in Hanoi, check-in the hotel then spend the time left of the day own your own. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 6: Hanoi city tour & Hai Phong (B)
Let’s start our city tour from Ba Dinh Square – the biggest square in Hanoi where all biggest cultural, political events of the cities, especially demonstrations, take place. Visit the Complex of Ho Chi Minh located by this square. Have a visit to Ho Chi Minh’s house-on-stilts, his fish pond and the One-Pillar Pagoda and visit the Temple of Literature, the very first High School of Vietnam. Leave Hanoi capital for Hai Phong harbor city. Hai Phong is one of the biggest cities in Vietnam. There is multiple choice of sightseeing with Du Hang pagoda, the Hang Kenh communal house. Other wise, you can take water-puppet show in Vinh Bao outskirt district is an idea way to enjoy the city landscapes. You are advised to choose what you prefer in advance for us to arrange before your departure. Overnight in Hai Phong.

Day 7: Hai Phong – Cat Ba national park (B, L)
In leave the hotel in Hai Phong to Cat Ba, a biggest island belongs to Hai Phong. After an hour hydrofoil, arrive in Cat Ba, drive ahead to national park for a short trek, and explore the flora and fauna of Cat Ba World’s Natural Reserve. Back in town for lunch & check-in the hotel.
In the afternoon, spend the whole for a half day excursion to Monkey Island. Swimming and kayaking around in Lan Ha Bay. Disembarked in town again, dinner & overnight in the hotel on Cat Ba Island.

Day 8: Cat Ba – Ha Long kayaking – Hue (B, L)
After breakfast at the hotel, check to be on other cruiser to further up northern part of Halong Bay. Kayaking and swimming at Hang Trong, visit Cua Van floatingly fishing village. Explore Hang Doi cave. We also recommend a gorgeous kayaking at Titop Island and exploring Amazing cave. Enjoy seafood lunch served on board. In the afternoon, spend for relax at your beach for swimming or more kayaking. Boating to Ha Long city. Then transfer ahead to Noi Bai airport to take an hour flight to Hue. Overnight in Hue.

Day 9: Hue city tour – Lang Co (B)
After break fast at the hotel, visit Hue ancient capital. Sightseeing places are boating on Perfume River, Thien Mu pagoda, Tu Duc king’s Tomb. Visit Dong Ba market and visit Hue ancient garden house for lunch. Leave for Lang Co beach which is known for the best crystal water. All the rest of the day is free to enjoy your own private beach. Overnight in Lang Co.

Day 10: Bach Ma national park – Hoi an (B, L)
Drive to Bach Ma Travel Center we embark on a short trek to mountain peak for the spectacular view of the national park. We then descend and follow jungle trails to reach Five Lakes where natural pools created by the stream. If weather permits we can swim in the pools. Enjoy picnic lunch at Five Lakes. In the afternoon, continue trekking to Do Quyen Waterfall, explore more along nature trails on which you may see lots of birds, and butterflies. Car picks up and drives via Danang to Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 11: Hoi An – Sightseeing (B)
Take a half-day walking tour of this quaint town, visiting ancient merchants’ houses, a Hokkien temple, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, and colorful riverside market. In the afternoon visit a lantern workshop. Guests learn how the lanterns are made then have a chance to create their own. Finish the day with a sunset boat trip on the Thu Bon River to Thanh Ha pottery village. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 12: Hoi An – Pleiku (B, L, D)
In the morning, leaving Hoi An town southward to Pleiku of Kontum province. Pleiku & centre highland have not yet been popular worldwide. During the past this area was legendary known as a place of hidden minority people such as E De, Mnong, Ba Na…we past lots of different land terraces change during driving through rural scenery en route. Stop at different village and landscape for short sightseeing. Check in on arrival and overnight in Pleiku.

Day 13: Pleiku – Ban Me Thuot (B, L, D)
Start a fresh morning with breakfast at the hotel, leave to visit elephant village of Minority people. Meeting with local people on their unique houses to discover a hidden local culture still preserved. After picnic lunch in local village continuing driving to Ban Me That, dinner & overnight in Ban Me That.

Day 14 Ban Me Thuot –Nha Trang (B, L, D)
Get up early to enjoy atmosphere of centre highland. It is great to be deep inside local famous highland coffee which made in Vietnamese unique style. Visit local ethnic villages around Buon Me Thuot to discover the most unique culture, then take boat trip to on Lak Lake. Lunch in local restaurant. Spend whole afternoon driving to Nha Trang. Dinner & overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 15: Nha Trang – Boat Cruise (B)
Nha Trang is one of the best places in Vietnam for treasure holiday. Being one of 17 most beautiful bays in the world, it has been bringing any visitor unforgettable time when they stay Enjoy Nha Trang’s azure waters and white sandy beaches. Take a morning boat cruise to offshore islands in Nha Trang Bay. Afternoon excursion to the Po Nagar Cham Towers, the Museum of Dr.Yersin and Nha Trang Cathedral. A visit to a local fish market is optional. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 16: Nha Trang – Ho Chi Minh City (B)
After sunrise welcoming and fresh morning, you are free own your own. Two hours before the flight your tourguide comes to take you to Cam Ranh airport to take an hour flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Whenever you are arrived you are escorted to the hotel with our door to door services. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 17: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnels – Sightseeing (B)
After breakfast, drive to the remarkable Cu Chi tunnels, just outside Ho Chi Minh City. During the war “Viet Cong” guerillas built a labyrinth of narrow tunnels, using them to hide during bombing raids and stage surprise attacks. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon for a half-day city tour. Visit the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, Chinatown, Binh Tay Market and Thien Hau Temple. Dinner & overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 18: Ho Chi Minh City – Ben Tre – Boat Cruise (B, L, D
Drive through the scenic Mekong Delta to My Tho and board a boat to an orchard garden. Take a horse-drawn cart to Quoi Son to visit a bee farm and float on a sampan through narrow, tree-lined canals. Continue to Tan Thach commune to visit a family-run enterprise making coconut candy. After lunch continue by boat to Phu Tuc village for the overnight stay. Try fishing whilst sightseeing on a late-afternoon rowboat trip. Enjoy the hospitality of a local family and have a traditional dinner. Afterwards take in a performance of traditional rural music. Spend the night in a local house in Ben Tre.

Day 19: Ben Tre – Cai Be Bartering – Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)
Drive to Cai Be and take a boat to the floating market to practice the age-old art of bartering. Visitors will be supplied with sweets, sugar, milk, etc. which they can then barter for different kinds of local fruits. The trip includes a visit to an old house, a family-run business producing a local version of popcorn. Return to Ho Chi Minh City for overnight.

Day 20: Ho Chi Minh City – Departure (B)
Today is the last day in Vietnam. After breakfast at the Hotel, free at your own leisure to go on your shopping or relax until our tourguide com to transfer you to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for departure. End of services.
